colout

this is a little hack to colorize the output of processes, making stdout blue and stderr red. This is to make it easier to spot the errormessages in copious outputs (p.e. make).

It work's fine on Linux, but has problems on Solaris. It does not care about termcap but uses xterm-ESC-sequences and works on the Linux-console, xterm, konsole, gnome-terminal,... only. The colors are hardcoded. (Did I mention it is a quick-n-dirty hack.)
