On-the-Fly-Deflectometry for fast 3D Inline Inspection in Motion

Phase shfiting deflectometry is an established method for touchless optical inspection of reflective surfaces. The disadvantage of this method is that for each measurement position several images of a sinusoidal stripe pattern in different phase shifts have to be taken. In industrial applications, this leads to a time-consuming stop-and-go process. The aim of this project is to develop and implement a novel measuring method that inspects reflectiving surfaces in motion.
